The Davis Vineyard is a small family owned vineyard featuring five different Bordeaux varietals. It is a field blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 15% Malbec, 6% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot. Harvested together every year, it is an exciting co-ferment project for our winemaker!
This is a bright red wine with notes of red fruits, cardamom, and semi-sweet chocolate that begs for food! Jessica, our winemaker, loves it on a cold winter night with raclette for dinner! If you have never experienced raclette dinner, we suggest you do it asap!
